How we attract the best candidates

Database - As an established agency we have an extensive database of all the best candidates in the area. As you can imagine we have attracted a lot of candidates over the last 10 years.

Word of mouth – Due to our reputation we are very lucky to receive a huge number of candidates through recommendation. Some of our clients even ask all applicants to contact them via our service.

Advertising – Whether it be through the press or via the recruitment websites we like to keep a healthy presence so that we ensure we are attracting the best candidates from every angle. Unlike most agencies that only have access to one or two sites we cover most of the large recruitment sites and also use a number of the best niche market sites available

Roadshow – For any large recruitment drives in a particular area we find that physically getting out there in that local area to promote the jobs works best. We install a large recruitment stand with a number of consultants in attendance to speak to the local people and hand them information on the client and the jobs on offer.

Networking – Utilising both online networking such as Linkedin and also networking meetings to find candidates manages to unearth top candidates that are 'off the radar' as they were not actively looking for a new position and are therefore not available though any of the usual recruitment channels. A great source of leads for headhunting.

Training agencies – With links to all the main training agencies in the area we regularly work closely with them to find people for some of our larger contracts.
