Trainee Recruitment Consultant

£18000 to £23000 Basic plus bonus (High OTE) and superb training

My client is one of the top recruiters in their field in the whole area and they have a level of professionalism second to none so this will set your career off at the highest level possible.

To be considered you MUST have a good background in business to business sales, have a stable working background (not moving jobs every 12 months), have enthusiasm and drive to be a success and have dealt at management / director level.

You will be introducing yourself to potential clients and possibly meeting the clients face to face, taking details job descriptions, sourcing the best candidates possible, interviewing the candidates thoroughly and then after selecting the perfect person for the job you will guide them through the interview process to gain a placement and then continue the relationship.

You receive a very good bonus for all candidates placed and sometimes the fees for these people can exceed anything from £10,000 to £20,000.
